Brgy. Bibincahan, Sorsogon City, Sorsogon Philppines [December 25, 2010]
Dr. Meneleo Dimaano, Bicol-USA Governor of Sorsogon joined by his wife, Jinky and his children took the initiative to take the opportunity to conduct medical mission and shared cheers with our less priveleged fellow Bicolanos while vacationing in his hometown last Christmas. Bicol USA pooled their personal resources together to come up with some stuff to share with our kababayan.
